The Potters move into a new apartment building that just happens to be inhabited by Torok the Troll (Phil Fondacaro), who takes the form of the youngest Potter, Anne (Jenny Beck) and uses it to turn the residents of the building into plant pods. Can Anne's brother Harry Potter Jr. (Noah Hathaway) figure out what's going on and find a way to stop Torok's evil plans?
